I want to take a moment to acknowledge my brother!!!! Yes, Navin, it’s your lucky day. In seriousness- I owe so much of my character and personality to Navin. A sibling is really a gift. Spirit was just one of our many childhood ideas. Our family really cultivated our goofy sides, and we often hosted “events” for our family in our upstairs bedroom. We invented games and spent cumulatively tens of thousands of hours playing around outside in our old neighborhood. We put on plays and performances for our mom and many of our shenanigans, which were recorded in the early 2000s, still make us all cry with laughter. It’s like a walk-through time when I look through Navin’s cartoons on the website. The drawings have increased in sophistication and the cartoons become more and more refined over time- but the spark of creativity which defines is still so vividly seen way far back in the Cartoons archive. The jokes that make our whole family laugh- the intelligent humor that it takes a moment for me to process- all this and more is present even in his earliest 
comics. I’m so excited to see all the comics to come. Share Spirit so the world can see them too!! Thanks, Navin- our team is a dream team because you’re on it!
